Real Estate Inspection

Determine current age and condition, leaks, life expectancy and any required corrective work. We provide on-site verbal evaluation and send a full report within 48 hours for an inspection fee of $160.00.

Insurance (Loss Claim)

Inspection to determine if an event such as windstorm, earthquake, vandalism or others occurred, and the age, condition, and life expectancy of the roof system. If a loss occurred, we include a report with the estimate for corrective work. There is a $160.00 minimum fee (photographs and additional analysis are extra).

Litigation Inspection

Secure property owners (or contractors) rights due to claim of improper workmanship or legal disputes. We provide a photographically documented report covering relevant physical roofing items, cross-referenced with work contracts, building codes, state-wide industry standards, etc. Representation in discovery, depositions, arbitrations and trial. $135.00 per hour plus extra expenses; $650.00 for half day deposition/trial; $1,200.00 full day deposition/trial.
