Manufacturer warranties are overrated! They typically will supply to you (but not install) roofing material that they agree is defective. (Your opinion is not relevant here!) Manufacturers of “flat roof materials” exclude residential work. They only warrantee commercial work. Read the fine print in their warrantees!

Standard Roofing Company Guarantee

Standard Roofing Company provides a 20 year guarantee on all residential roof replacements. The guarantee covers defects in material and labor for 20 years. The only exclusions are insurable losses and natural or man-made disasters. As part of our guarantee, inspections are done every five years on ALL roof replacements. Our guarantees are fully transferable to any succeeding owner.

We provide a 15 year guarantee on commercial roofs and a 10 year guarantee on waterproof decks.
